Tialoc of the Aztec, Chaac of the Mayan , Zeus of the Greeks, Freyr of the Norse, Dyaus of the Vedics and Jupiter or Dies Piter (Daylight-Sky Father) of the Romans. All of them stemmed from similar stories and have the same ability. The greatest Deity amongst all other in accordance to the people of their time. The one with the power to summon rain, at will. This seems to be a favourite attribute with the ancient cultures. Rain at will is definitely something that was sought after if not feared for as the most powerful strength of all.
Why is that? Many of our great historians tend to link this up to farming. The need for rain water to make farming successful with water for their crops and hence the emphasis on an Agriculture age. However, great farming doesn’t depend on rain, it actually depends on how you bring water from nearby sources to it. Anyway that shall be a discussion for another day. As logical as rain for farming sounds, the truth is we are just Insaan, The Forgetful Ones.
Power to summon and stop rain at will was actually one of the most revered ability then, because the world just suffered from one of the greatest cataclysm. The great deluge, “The Global Flood”.

The flood is clearly a global phenomenon where ancient stories from across the globe talks to us about the same cataclysm. Where after, a Saviour came to teach them how to rebuild.

All the above names have been either called Deities or Gods. Yet there is another character that is hardly associated with them as an equal is the Angel Michael or Mikha’il, from the Abrahamic faith. As the Abrahamic faiths defined the term God only for the Supreme Being, anything else can’t be a God. There is clarity in the Abrahamic faiths about different kinds of sentient beings that were created other than us, Insaan. Some just group all to either be Angels or Demons. But the truth is far from that. They should have called the other creatures Angelic and Demonic instead as there are good ones as well as bad ones.
Truth to be told, there is a natural cycle of things to become, and there are also planned interventions of what can become. The greatest misunderstanding an intelligent life form can make is to generalise any statement made without considering any added factors or condition.
And where we are today is far less advanced as a society in comparison to the pre-flood era…
